To Note:

- Summer School 2009 dates are June 29 – August 7/2009
- Test Day will be Sat., Aug 08, 2009
- Summer Simulation Clinic – Sat., July 18/09. (Look for Registration Forms on this website during the first week of June.)
- Ice will be available the week following Summer School, for those attending the BC/YT Summer Skate Competition. Forms will be distributed in mid-July.
- Off Ice Classes take place wks 1-6.

REGISTRATION POLICIES

- Registrations will be processed on a ‘FIRST COME’ basis, with priority given to skaters booking all available sessions in their category. The Summer schedule is subject to adjustment, dependent upon enrollment. Any session may be cancelled or changed due to insufficient registrations.
- A 20% premium will be added to registrations with variations to the stated packages.
- Skaters may be moved ‘up’ to a different session only with the permission of the Director of Skating.
- No Refunds except for medical reasons (medical certificate required + 10 consecutive hrs missed). Credits/Refunds may be subject to a $10 administration fee. Please note that there are No Refunds for retired skaters. A $30 charge will be applied to NSF cheques.
- ‘BUY-ON’ POLICY – Extra Sessions picked up by KSC members will be at the rate of $14.00 per hour, unless otherwise stipulated. All ‘buy-on’s’ must be paid prior to skating-payment should be handed to the Director of Skating or supervising coach.
- Children’s Fitness Tax Credit receipt will be available for registered skaters.
- All skaters are required to abide by the Kelowna Skating Club ‘Rules of Conduct’ which are posted on the Bulletin Board.

Registration Deadline is Friday, June 5/09.

Priority Registration: priority will be given to full 6 week bookings and those registered by May 22/09.
